Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders processed on weekends and public holidays will begin on the next working business day.

Order Confirmation

Once a successful order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  this email will contain the details of your order, including the order number, order summary, shipping details provided and how the order was paid as well as the shipping method that was chosen.  Please contact us immediately should there be any errors or omissions in this information provided.

Shipping

Express Shipping is available for orders which require faster delivery times within Australia. Delivery times vary between 1-3 days for most metropolitan areas.

Standard Shipping is available for all orders within Australia. Delivery time varies based on your location but is generally between 3-7 business days.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as Magnes Memories will not be responsible for any delays or losses resulting as the incorrect address being provided.

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact orders@magnesmemories.com.au as soon as possible, we will try our best to accommodate any changes provided the order has not been processed.
